Too much is lost when you work at a distance and through other people's hands. We used to ship via cargo, like many. Today it's fully official import only, with customs clearance and documents for every shipment. Because it's the only way that withstands an audit and doesn't let the client down.»
Who we are
BARS TLC is a trade and logistics company that covers both of an importer's tasks in one place: finding and buying goods in China and bringing them to Russia legally, with a full set of documents.
Our team is physically based in Guangzhou and works with factories directly. We don't pass your money down a chain of agents — we go to the production site ourselves, inspect the goods, control the shipment. On the Russian side we take on customs clearance and support the shipment with documents.
We deliberately gave up grey schemes in favor of fully official import. It's more expensive than cargo, but it's a long-term way of working: without the risk of additional charges, fines or claims from the tax authorities.
