Before the order is placed, a sample is always delivered to you in Russia. You personally approve it — it's a physical reference standard, fixed in the contract with the factory. Everything that arrives in the container must match this sample.
If the batch doesn't match the sample — that's not your problem to solve alone with a Chinese factory in Chinese. It's our problem. We work with the factory directly, we have a contract in Chinese with correct wording, and the volume and relationship history that give real leverage.

It depends on the product and the factory — each has its own minimum (MOQ). We'll tell you the real minimum for your item during the estimate.
