Before the order is placed, a sample is always delivered to you in Russia. You personally approve it — it's a physical reference standard, fixed in the contract with the factory. Everything that arrives in the container must match this sample.
If the batch doesn't match the sample — that's not your problem to solve alone with a Chinese factory in Chinese. It's our problem. We work with the factory directly, we have a contract in Chinese with correct wording, and the volume and relationship history that give real leverage.
We don't promise that force majeure never happens. But we guarantee we'll do everything to catch the problem before shipment — not after you receive the container in Russia.

With a properly arranged export from China, part of the VAT paid there can be reclaimed (export VAT rebate). We arrange the export so this refund lowers your cost. With grey-channel import it's lost.
The reference sample is fixed in the contract with the factory, and the batch is checked against it before shipment. Force majeure can't be ruled out, but we aim to catch the problem in China, not after the container reaches Russia.
