What this service is

Most goods from China can't be legally imported and sold in Russia without a permit — a declaration (DoC) or certificate (CoC) of conformity under EAEU technical regulations. Without it, customs won't release the cargo, and selling risks fines and confiscation.

We support obtaining this documentation turnkey: we determine exactly what your goods need, select and import samples from China, run the testing, gather the documents and take it to a registered document through an accredited body. Since our team is in China, we take on the most labor-intensive part — the samples and their legal import — rather than shifting it onto you.

Where we differ

Most companies, asked about certification, simply give you the contact of a certification center — and leave you alone with the work. From there the hardest part falls on you:

• Determine the product type and scheme yourself. An error in the HS code or the declaration scheme — and the document is issued for the wrong thing.
• Arrange sample import yourself. For many goods, testing requires physical samples from China — and they still have to be imported legally.
• Gather and correctly fill out the documents yourself. Contract, invoice, technical documentation, authorized-representative agreement — an error stalls the whole process.
• Be left with the risk that the document doesn't fit. The certification center doesn't care whether its document fits your specific customs clearance. And the cost of such an error is sometimes hundreds of thousands of rubles.

We don't hand you off midway — we support the process from a sample in China to a registered document that will fit your clearance.

How we support certification

1. We determine what your goods need. Which EAEU technical regulation the goods fall under, what's required — a declaration, certificate or state-registration certificate — and by which scheme. We immediately reconcile with the HS code for your customs clearance.
2. We select samples. Our team in China selects the samples needed for testing from the supplier.
3. We import samples officially by air. We legally deliver the samples for testing — part of the work usually shifted onto the client.
4. We run the testing. We arrange tests in an accredited laboratory to the requirements of the relevant technical regulation — the basis for the test report.
5. We gather and process the documents. We prepare and check the whole package: contract, invoice, technical documentation, manufacturer and importer data.
6. We register the document. Through an accredited body we take it to a registered DoC or CoC — agreed so it fits your clearance rather than existing on its own.
