Manufacturing under your brand
We arrange contract manufacturing under your brand: you come with an idea or a sample, and we take it to a finished garment under your brand. The work includes:
- Selecting a specialized factory for your type of clothing.
- Producing the fabric to the required composition, density and properties.
- Selecting trim — zippers, buttons, labels, packaging.
- Producing the batch under your brand with the required sewing quality.
You get a finished line under your own brand — from fabric and trim to a produced batch — rather than reselling someone else's range.
Certification and labeling
Clothing is subject to mandatory certification (declaration under EAEU technical regulations — with stricter requirements for children's clothing) and labeling. We take this on:
- Certification — we obtain the permits for your products.
- Labeling — we apply the accompanying labeling (composition, size, EAEU tags) and Chestny Znak codes (as the importer you obtain the codes in the CRPT system; we apply them to the garments in China; we don't handle CRPT registration).
Clothing can't just be brought in and sold without a certificate and labeling — we close this right away, so the batch is legal and ready for sale.
How we deliver
We ship the finished batch of clothing as a full container (FCL) for a large run or as consolidated cargo (LCL) for a small batch — you pay only for your volume.
We dovetail delivery with customs clearance, certification and labeling and deliver to your warehouse.
