Product inspection in China
We visit the factory in any province of China and check the finished batch against your technical specification — before the goods leave for Russia.

What this service is
Inspection is an independent check of your batch at the factory before shipment. Our employee visits the production site, reconciles the goods with your technical specification and sample, records everything on photo and video and issues a conclusion: the batch meets the requirements or not.
We check where the goods are — we visit the factory in any province of China. The team in Guangzhou goes to the inspection itself, without subcontracting it to outsiders, so you get an assessment from someone who answers for the result.
Why inspection is needed
Without inspection, defects surface at the warehouse in Russia, when arguing with the factory is late and expensive:
- The batch doesn't match the specs. Dimensions, material, color, configuration differ from what was agreed.
- Photos are of the best samples, the batch is worse. The perfect unit goes to the photo shoot, while the boxes get goods with defects.
- Wrong quantity and mix-ups. The batch has the wrong quantity or mixed-up models and article numbers.
- Packaging and labeling problems. Packaging and labeling defects surface already at customs or at acceptance.
It's cheaper to check the batch at the factory, while there's leverage over the supplier, than to receive faulty goods at your warehouse and prove something at a distance.
How the inspection works
- We agree the specs and checklist. We take your technical specification and, if needed, add points for the product's specifics — what exactly to check and by which criteria.
- We visit the factory. The employee goes to the supplier's production or warehouse in the relevant province and checks the batch on-site — at any moment: when the batch is fully ready or during container loading.
- We check by sampling. We take samples from the batch by the acceptance-sampling standard (AQL) and check appearance, dimensions, configuration, functionality, packaging and labeling — against the agreed checklist.
- We give a photo and video report with a conclusion. You get a report with photos and an assessment for each criterion and see the goods through our inspector's eyes. The bottom line — a verdict: the batch passes or not.
- We help negotiate in case of defects. If mismatches are found, the report becomes an argument in the talk with the factory — we help negotiate rework of the batch, fixing defects or another solution in your favor.
What you get
- An objective assessment of the batch against your specs — before shipment, not after receipt.
- A photo and video report with a conformity conclusion.
- Confirmed quantity, configuration, packaging and labeling.
- An argument and support in negotiations with the factory if defects are found.
- A decision made on facts: ship, rework or reject the batch.
Frequently asked questions
We visit the factory in any province of China. The team is based in Guangzhou and goes to the check itself, without subcontracting to outsiders.
AQL is an international acceptance-sampling standard: it determines how many units of the batch to check to reliably detect defects without examining every single piece. We check the batch exactly by sampling, not 'looked at a couple of boxes.'
We record the mismatches in the report and help negotiate with the factory to rework the batch, fix defects at the factory's expense or another solution. A report with photos is a weighty argument in such a talk.
At any moment for your task: when the batch is fully ready before shipment or during container loading. A check at the factory matters while the goods are still there and there's leverage over the supplier.
A technical specification for the product and the supplier's contacts. The more detailed the specs, the more precise the check; we'll add missing points from experience with your product type.
